Advertise with Us
Terms and Conditions
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of copy and banners
supplied for publication,
and for their regulatory compliance. The advertiser agrees to indemnify
Financial Services Net Ltd against any claims made against it as a
result of any copy inaccuracy.
Payment is due within 28 days of invoice date.
No refunds can be made other than at Financial Services Net Ltd's
discretion.
Commission of 20% of the space cost is payable to recognised advertising
/ media agencies,
who will act as agent not principal in this contract.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be governed by
and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction
of the English Courts.
The advertiser in placing the order acknowledges that it has read
and accepted the terms.
Force Majeure. Financial Services Net Ltd shall not be liable for
any loss or damage which the
advertiser may suffer as a result of a loss of service by reason of
circumstances or events beyond Financial Services Net Ltd's control.
Anchor Tenancy
One exclusive anchor tenancy position is available on the home page
of each site with highlighted
and framed textlink and company logo that will be available dependant
on site with costs starting
at £5000 per month or £3 per click through. The anchor tenancy position
will have a minimum contract period of six months. For anchor tenancy

Content Sponsorship
There are a number of specific opportunities to direct our highly
targeted users to specific content sponsored areas. For example a
provider or group may be interested on being a sponsor of the
commercial mortgages section at www.mortgages.co.uk or the stakeholder
pension area at www.pensions.co.uk . This specific sponsor area results
in an exclusive position being established
for the sponsor, which offers substantially higher than average conversion
rates, and unique position
i.e. only one sponsor per area. Sponsorship with up to 20 co- branded
pages will be available at
varying cost dependant on area starting at £2000 per month with minimum
3 month sponsorship.

Banners - Homepage
Per 1000 impressions £60 for homepage position above the fold or £50
per 1000 impressions below the fold. Banner size 468 x 60 pixels file
size under 15k.
Banners - Specific site areas
Per 1000 impressions £50 for position above the fold or £40 per 1000
impressions below the fold.
Banner size 468 x 60 pixels file size under 15k.
Buttons - Homepage
Per 1000 impressions £55 for homepage position above the fold or £45
per 1000 impressions below the fold. Button size 100 x 100 pixels
file size under 15k.
Buttons - Specific site areas
Per 1000 impressions £45 for position above the fold or £30 per 1000
impressions below the fold.
Button size 100 x 100 pixels file size under 15k.
IMPRESSION - A page impression is a file or a combination of
files sent to a USER as a result of that USER's request being received
by the server. The user must be a valid user.
Non-requested files (e.g. some images, surplus html files served to
build frame-sets, pushed pages, etc) are excluded. One request by
a valid user should result in one page impression being served.
Where service providers, search engines or other organisations cache
site content, the originating site may not record page impressions
served from cache.
USER - A user is an individual IP address, registration ID,
cookie or other identifier that distinguishes different users visiting
the site. Certain classes of traffic are not valid users and are excluded.
Services that dynamically allocate IP addresses to users may cause
sites that define users by IP address to understate or overstate the
number of users.
Page impressions and user figures will be identified via independent

Sponsored Emails
These are sent out once per month to our 100,000 plus registered users
interested in receiving information in this format. There are two
sponsorship positions per email, primary and secondary
each allocated 50 words and an embedded text link. The cost of the
primary link ( top of newsletter ) is at a rate of £50 per 1000 emails
or £30 per 1000 for the secondary link ( bottom of newsletter ). For
